According to Ayurveda, Punarnavasava helps to balance all the three Doshas, especially “Vata”, “Kapha” and "" Sama Pitta"".
Punarnavasavam is remarkably helpful in the treatment of edema that helps to reduce swelling & inflammatory condition. It helps to resolve all digestive, gastric & abdominal problems like indigestion, constipation, loss of appetite, hyperacidity, nausea, abdominal lump, ascites, gastritis & peptic ulcer. It helps to improve liver functionality, protects the liver, and used in the treatment of low blood vitality, jaundice, fatty liver, spleen enlargement (splenomegaly) & liver enlargement (Hepatomegaly).
Punarnavasava supports kidney functions and helps to recover from nephritis, renal failure, chronic kidney disease. It is also used in urinary diseases like dysuria & urinary tract infections (UTI). It helps to purify the blood, supports toxin elimination, detoxifies the body & overcomes the cardiac weakness thus acts as a heart tonic. It also gives remarkable support in osteoarthritis, and uric‑acid–related joint discomfort to reduce pain, swelling & inflammation.
