Return & Refund Policy

At Kairali Ayurvedic Products Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We stand by the authenticity and quality of our Ayurvedic products. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, here’s how returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations work.

1. General Return & Refund Policy

We strive to deliver exactly what you order, but in rare cases where things don’t go as expected, we offer support through the following:

  • Products that are not as described
  • Orders that are not received
  • Products that are defective or damaged (on arrival)

To request support, email us at support@kairaliproducts.com with your order number and issue.

2. Return & Exchange Conditions

Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Item is significantly different from its description
  • Item is damaged on arrival (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
  • You receive a wrong product or missing item
  • Product is unused, in original condition, and includes original packaging & tags

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • If the item has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Item matches description but does not meet subjective expectations
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Products marked as final sale or promotional clearance
  • We reserve the right to refuse return/refund requests that do not meet our policy.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • You have not received your item within 30 days from purchase
  • You received an item that was not as described or was defective
  • You reported the issue within 7 days of delivery and meet the return criteria

All refund requests must be emailed to support@kairaliproducts.com with your order number and photo proof (if applicable).

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank’s policy.

4. Exchange Policy

We accept exchange requests for eligible products within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging
  • You are requesting an exchange for the same product type and value

Shipping fees for return and re-shipping are to be borne by the customer. We do not refund original shipping charges.

5. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable
  • Customers must bear all shipping costs for exchanges or returns unless the item is faulty due to our error
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or customer refusal, a 15% restocking fee will be applied

6. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please:

  • Email support@kairaliproducts.com or call +91-95551-56156 within 48 hours of placing the order
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, a 5% cancellation fee will apply
  • If the order is in transit but not yet received, you may still cancel—but the 5% fee applies

7. How to Request a Return, Refund, or Exchange

  1. Email support@kairaliproducts.com within 7 days of receiving the item
  2. Include your order number, issue details, and photo proof (if applicable)
  3. Await approval; we'll confirm via email if you're eligible
  4. If approved, return the item as instructed
  5. Once received and inspected, you’ll be notified of refund/exchange status

8. When We May Deny Requests

We may decline return or refund requests in the following scenarios:

  • You no longer want the product after using it
  • You damage the product after opening or using it
  • You knowingly purchased a defective or discounted item
  • Claims made well after the return window has expired
  • Orders flagged for abuse or excessive returns

9. Our Reserved Rights

Kairali Ayurvedic Products Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns/refunds in cases of fraudulent claims or policy abuse
  • Limit support for customers with excessive or irregular return histories
  • Cancel or refuse orders at our sole discretion due to security or compliance concerns
  • Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
