Dasamoolarishtam is also spelt as Dashmularishta or Dashmoolarishta, which means it is a fermented herbal tonic of ten potent Ayurvedic herbs (‘Dasa’ says ten and ‘moola’ means roots) that is used to alleviate Vata and Kapha disorders.
