Is a herbal soap automatically gentle?
No. Plant-derived ingredients and fragrance can still irritate some skin. The exact formula and your own sensitivity matter more than the category word.
Patch test when appropriate, rinse thoroughly, and stop use if significant irritation develops; persistent redness, broken skin or a widespread rash needs professional advice. Continue with body care, or compare routines for dry skin and oily skin.
